Conference: BORDERLESS BORDER MANAGEMENT 2025, Narva

Estonian Academy of Security Sciences invites on March 4-5, 2025, to a unique international conference on border management. 

Bringing together authorities and practitioners, universities, research institutions, and industry, the conference will create a collaborative environment that encourages the exchange of ideas essential for driving innovation and addressing emerging challenges in border security. The conference will focus on the practical challenges faced in border management, such as security threats, new technologies, training, and cross-sector cooperation. Organized in cooperation by the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences, the Estonian Research Council, the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board, the Ministry of Interior, and TalTech, this conference is a chance to engage with experts, discuss pressing issues, and form cross-sector cooperation platforms to futureproof EU borders.

Conference will take place in the city of Narva, located on the external border of the EU and NATO. Its rich history and strategic location offer a compelling setting for discussions on border management.
